Information Required for Reports

To investigate your report efficiently, please include the following:

  • The offending Domain Name or IP Address.
  • The type of abuse observed.
  • Evidence (email headers, logs, or screenshots).
  • A valid email address for follow-up communication.

Abuse Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report, our Trust & Safety team will:

  1. Verify the validity of the claim.
  2. Notify the client responsible for the service.
  3. Take appropriate action, which may include suspension or termination of the account.

We typically respond to abuse reports within 24-48 hours. Emergency cases (e.g., active phishing or DDoS) are prioritized.
