We are seeking motivated and dynamic Commission Sales Agents to join our team. As a Commission Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services to businesses and individuals across Uganda. This position offers a competitive commission structure and the opportunity to work remotely.
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
- Educate clients about our services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide timely and responsive customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
